Our Story
Oahu Tree Rescue was founded in 2020 with a specific purpose: to fill a gap in Honolulu's tree service market. There were general landscaping companies, and there were occasional out-of-state contractors who showed up after storms. But there wasn't a dedicated, locally owned, 24/7 emergency tree service that specifically understood Oʻahu's trees, its neighborhoods, and the year-round risks that Honolulu homeowners face.
We built Oahu Tree Rescue to be exactly that company. Every aspect of our operation — our equipment, our crew training, our dispatch protocols — is oriented around emergency response capability. We answer the phone at 3 AM. We respond after Kona storms. We handle the big monkeypod that came down on the roof, the Norfolk pine that tipped toward the neighbor's fence, the banyan root that finally caused the drainage problem to become a crisis.
